Strength to Strength Sessions - Drop in
Whilst regular sessions is recommended, we understand that not everyone can make the commitment. We offer drop in sessions for those that want to try it or those that may miss a few sessions due to just life.
The class includes a fully qualified coach taking you through a warm up before our strength section. This changes every 3 weeks but you don't need to attend all 3 weeks to get the benefits. We then do a workout which raises the heart rate for heart health whilst incorporating strength too. We follow a SiT model which is Sprint Interval Training and the best thing for women over 40! We then have a cheeky finisher or core!
Drop in and out anytime - we alway love seeing you new faces. We can work around any niggles or injuries.
