Bespoke Meal Plans
Our meal plans are based on your current movement, personal stats, dietary requirements and your goals.
These are not diet plans but can help with weight management and loss and are put together to provide balanced meals based around midlife, taking into account your loss of oestrogen, changing body composition and decline in muscle tissue - and this is just the start!
Our plans can be built for supportive partners as a bolt on too!

121 Hormone Support Sessions
We offer 121 support sessions for perimenopause to provide optimal hormonal balance and sustainable health. Here's how it works
- Sign up to our Hormone Support Sessions
- Complete a short set of questions to help us understand how you're feeling
- Book a 121 session (online, call or face to face) to talk through symptoms, challenges, issues and possible solutions.
- We will feedback a proposal of changes or considerations to help you post session
- We follow up to see how you're feeling after 2 weeks
- We then check in with you again at 30 days with an optional 60 day check in if you feel you need it.
We use a holistic approach to help you understand your hormones and the sessions are focused around you as an individual, your needs and symptoms.
We do the hard work, so you don’t have to by sharing the latest evidence based information on menopause wellness.

Training
Our Menopause in the Workplace training has had 100% positive feedback. We offer an informal, interactive session where questions and discussions are encouraged.We have delivered training workshops to groups of employees, mixed or female only, all with great feedback and actionable outputs. We can run sessions from 1-25 face to face and more online but speak to us if you have a particular need or requirement and we can do what we can to help!
Corporate Engagement
Our job is to open the conversation, educate and curate content for teams and offer support and advice in a down to earth and accessible way. We will support in house teams/people to help them set up tackling the subject of menopause which both target women but also colleagues, managers, co-workers and other stakeholders as relevant.
