This won't be some kind of Oscar winners blog, but needless to say, we are very happy to have been recognised as:

Best Menopause Support Organisation 2024 

This was not something we entered but were nominated for it. We have met some lovely people doing this and we couldn't be happier. 

We founded Play not Pause as we wanted to build a community of support and something we ourselves had been looking for - help with mid-life fitness, diet, supplements, health, HRT and strength to name just a few. Something not cloaked in bullshit that we could relate to as average women with questions, average spends and getting our heads around not being 26yrs old anymore...

Working with our team of experts, we provide a 6 week programme with regular support and check ins. 

Our programmes are based around strength, core & stability and Sprint Interval Training (SIT).

MENOPAUSE IN THE WORKPLACE TRAINING WORKSHOPS

Employers are now obligated to make reasonable adjustments for those suffering with menopausal symptoms and have a responsibility to protect staff who are going through the menopause. 

We focus is on day to day solutions and communicating to employees in an approachable and accessible way. Ensuring you have guidance for all your employees, regardless of stage, severity of symptoms and confidence to talk about the menopause. 

Our training is informal and interactive sessions for your employees and can be online or face to face. Find out how we can help you and your business. 

We love meeting women who come and give things a try, push themselves and build in confidence - whether that is stepping into a gym for the first time, starting strength training, sticking to a meal plan or ask questions everyone wants to ask in workplace training sessions.
